Conflict of Interest
Security architecture and planning may be limited to our comprehensive partner portfolio. Agreements may exist between Securitybeat Advisors and our strategic partners which offer us commissions and fees for booked business.
What is the process for managing clients?
All clients must sign a master services agreement along with the scope of services. As a minimal baseline, we seek to meet or exceed contractual requirements. Secondarily, each project and/or scope of services has an agreed to engagement model.
Response SLA
Most of our work is strategic advisory which has target dates for deliverables. Managed services will have associated response service levels as defined in the contract.
What is the process for managing prospects?
Securitybeat Advisors openly solicits prospects during business development. Prospects must opt-in to an Introductory meeting. During the meeting, prospects define the engagement model going forward.
Invoicing and Payment Process
All direct consultancy and managed services are invoiced monthly by Securitybeat Advisors with payment Net 30. Purchases made to our partners are managed through the partner’s terms and conditions.
